YPC responded to my query very quickly, they provided cost information very clearly and offered a range of appointment options. Communication was clear, concise, timely and friendly throughout. My appointment was very prompt and the medical professional I saw was easy to talk to, friendly, explained everything very clearly and was thorough. My results were emailed to me before I even left the clinic. I would definitely go back myself and recommend to others.

I had treatment for a Basel Cell Carsinoma at the end of last year...this was quite an involved procedure due to where it was on my nose and also required a skin graft. I felt so confident and totally reassured by Helen. She did an absolutely wonderful job. If I had any problems I knew she would be there to help me. The whole team were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable especially been as we were in the middle of a pandemic...I always felt that every precaution was taken to keep everyone safe. Thank you all for your excellent treatment and a very good outcome. I thoroughly recommend it.

I am currently one week post-breast reduction surgery at Wood Medispa, and I can honestly say the entire experience has exceeded all of my expectations. I struggled with acne for a long time, and only after visiting Dr Berger, did I get great results. The treatment plan was very detailed and I saw my skin improve every day. It was overall a very pleasant experience and I was impressed with dr Berger’s expertise. Highly recommend it to anyone!

I saw Dominque Parent and she really does know about skin. Almost immediately after using the treatment prescribed I started to notice a marked improvement. All languages are spoken so being English was no problem.
