Excellent service at three monthly Hygienist appointment, as always. The invariably calm, serene and crucially non-judgemental manner of the professional practitioner is an outstanding asset to the practice.
I had to have a tooth removed as it cracked through the middle down through to the root and kept getting infected. I had an implant done by Dr. Robert Montgomery and was restored by Dr. Stephen Woolley. I must tell people that they were such a supportive team of people. The process was pain-free I had no real discomfort just a slight ache afterwards. They are excellent! Very good at making me feel at ease and explaining everything in layman’s terms. The result is worth the wait. My new tooth is great, I can eat normally. It’s definitely worth a consultation.
The warm welcome and comprehensive treatments on offer are first class! All the staff are extremely pleasant and put you at ease! Hard to believe but I actually enjoy a visit to the dentist! Lovely people and very reassuring!
I have to say this dentist is one of the best dentists I have ever visited and I’m so scared of going to the dentist, but every time I visit I feel at ease. I suffer from anxiety (but honestly the dentist Dr Aileen Shum) is so lovely and genuine. She listens to you and is so kind and reassuring and would do anything to help you relax.

I have received multiple treatments from Cote Royd and they have all been outstanding on every level. I have had amalgams removed and headaches I was previously experiencing on a regular basis disappeared - literally. SOS treatments needed were responded to immediately without delay which was much appreciated when pain levels were through the roof and other practices couldn’t respond as quickly in my time of need. Tooth removal was incredible - no trauma or pain afterwards or loss of other teeth which has happened previously. I’ve recently had a ceramic dental implant and a sinus lift and had post surgery anticipation of pain however there was literally none! Like I had no surgery whatsoever! The implant is incredible like a real tooth and my smile has returned.
Just had my front teeth professionally done and what a difference! I cannot smile enough and worth every penny. Absolutely perfect craftsmanship! Fabulous staff- only found the team 2 years ago. But as time went on I’ve brought the whole family inc grandad. These guys are spot on and love them very much as real and not false fat lip fancy smiles. They are real Dentists. Old dentist I thought was ok, but when I came here everything made sense. The old dentist was make do and mend, maybe as I was on denplan so all they wanted was the monthly money and us all out of the door. The effect was like putting a plaster on it, but not treating the issue. The team here look at all angles from repair / long term fix and real whitening and straightening. I personally came with bad teeth, but now I know they will outlive me.
