I cannot thank the staff enough. I had 2 fillings, a tooth extraction gap filled and a denture all done at the one session after the initial examination. Poldent was the only place that welcomed me to get an x-ray done so I could send it to my dentist I couldn’t visit at the time due to covid restrictions, it was very important for her to see whether my condition was getting better or not. They only took few days to see me which was just fantastic and didn’t try to make me believe I now have to be their patient for any reason. All the staff was very kind and I will definitely come back in the future as a new patient. Thank you so much!
After my hygiene appointment today, I feel I really should let others know about my experience of The Carnegie Dental Clinic ... I've been going to Carnegie Dental Clinic for a good few years and it has always been very good - although in more recent months, I've had no longer than a two-minute wait to get into my appointment... (which may have been that I was early) The reception staff (Sarah in particular), hygienist (Becca), nurses and dentists are chatty and friendly ~ and always very respectful. Lovely to make, what some people dread, into an almost social outing :-)
