Root canal and crown
I cracked my molar just over a year ago and stupidly left it thinking it would be ok, a couple of weeks ago I began with tooth ache which got worse, I wasn't with an NHS dentist so obviously I had to go private, so I gave Villa a ring. They booked me in on the day I asked. I was very nervous, as most people are, but they were very welcoming and made me at ease. He said he could save my tooth with a root canal and a molar fitted or extract it. I opted for the root canal. I was very nervous about the treatment as I'd heard loads of story's about the pain involved and the days afterwards you suffered with it. He put a temp filling in there and then to tide me other till the root canal. Anyway I went for it yesterday morning and within an hour the root canal was done with no pain whatsoever a temp cap was put on and i went back the same afternoon for the crown fitted. I've had no pain whatsoever with this treatment and I am very pleased with the work done, I'll also add I was eating my tea that night with ease and no pain too. The dentist who performed the treatment was very welcoming and talked me through everything he showed me xrays of before and after the root canal so i could see what he'd done.
Needless to say I won't be bothering trying to find an NHS dentist now and I will be using Villa as my dentist in the future.
