I cannot praise the Plummers group of dental practices more highly. I dropped in about seven years ago with teeth that looked rubbish and weren’t great. I’d avoided dentists for ears due a to a clinician I had as a child who should have worked in an abbatoir, even numbing my Dad’s tooth for a root canal and pulled the tooth out....the wrong tooth! Plummers diagnosed bruxism which was why my front teeth were so thin. They offered me various NHS treatments but I went private with them. I have had a total of six specialised crowns Put in by Dr Robertson to counteract the bruxing. They look amazing - I even got to choose the shade of finish - and feel brilliant. I could smile again! Then I got three implants with Dr Bunting and all three worked first time. Throughout all of this work I had no pain during or after any of the treatments. I had careful treatment due to not being allowed to have adrenaline due to a heart condition and they catered for that with different local anaesthesia. If you’re scared of dentists, Don’t be. Drs Robertson, Bunting, Clark and Yaxley at Lowestoft, Oulton and Yarmouth are outstanding clinicians and the rest of the group’s dentists must surely be too. Even the emergency dentists are the nicest, most caring and humble people one could be blessed to be treated by. I cannot rate these practices more highly. I even started to enjoy seeing them - I never thought that that would ever be the case!

I've never felt compelled to write a review for a dental clinic before. My experience: One: I am a live-in carer and couldn't go to an appointment and leave my client behind, but I needed a 2-hour appointment. I asked if I could take my lovely client with me. I was asked what would make her feel comfortable. I arrived with my lady who is 82 and living with dementia. The team had set up a chair for her in the treatment room and downloaded "The Sound Of Music" which I'd mentioned she enjoys. They made her cups of coffee and were attentive. That's above and beyond. For me, if you treat people I care for, I like you anyway. Then. Two: my dental treatment: in all honesty and I mean this sincerely. Whereas I have felt before that I was doomed to not open my mouth when I smile unless I'm with family, Michelle the dentist understood. And I have an affordable plan to smile - genuinely. I'm still in the process, but I'm excited. My experience has been that Michelle and all the staff I interacted with were kind and professional. And I am grateful to have found them.

My daughter had a narrow upper jaw, which would have required having good adult teeth removed in order to straighten them. Dr Sulo is qualified to offer specialised treatment to widen the upper jaw just using removable braces, so has not had to lose good teeth. I have been so impressed with the service Dr Sulo has provided. He is friendly but really knows his stuff. He kept the cost to a minimum and we paid manageable amounts over the treatment time. He has been able to enhance her profile with this intervention. I would recommend this treatment wholeheartedly and only wish it had been available when I was young.

I cannot thank the clinic enough for the service I received after endless hours of rejection from other dental practices. I was enlightened to be offered an appointment to sort my painful tooth out temporarily until an NHS appointment becomes available. Very professional, reassuring and all-around great people. Can’t fault it. Had a tooth out . Everything was explained and it was done quick and painless even though I had stitches in the gum which have now dissolved. I have future treatment to come and hope it will be as good as what I have just had.
