When I was in severe tooth pain, they helped me get a quick appointment and relieve my pain during the last week of the year which was very difficult to accommodate. Nurse Heta and the doctor are very helpful and understanding, they accommodated me in between their busy schedule, even though I reached very late due to minimal availability of transportation during Christmas week. I am very grateful to them that because of them I managed to get my pain fixed and because of that, my Christmas went painless. Last year was a tricky year for my teeth and gums. I needed numerous dental appointments and had cavity fillings, extractions, root canal fillings, a gum shield and more. All the team have been more than helpful and accommodating - from those in Reception and from behind the desks and of course in the clinic. Dr Omid with his impeccable manner, good communication, gentle considered ways and expertise, has been outstanding, along with the nurses who assisted greatly with their expertise during my treatments. I enjoy having a giggle with the team on my visits, as I feel so relaxed, even with the major procedures. You are made to feel extremely welcome and comfortable by everyone and part of a 'family'. My teenage daughter, who is nervous of dental treatment, also has a untroubled time when she attends. I am an NHS patient but feel extremely well looked after.
