Wisdom Tooth Extraction from £110
We carry out simple and surgical wisdom tooth extractions under local anaesthetic, for NHS and private patients. We assess the tooth with an X-ray taken here, usually an OPG, and a CBCT 3D scan if that shows the roots close to the nerve, so you know whether it needs to come out, whether it would be a simple or surgical extraction, and the fee in writing. Private fees are from £110 for a simple extraction and from £350 for a surgical one. A CBCT scan isn't on the NHS fee scale, so if you need one it is £149, including the planning that follows. 0% finance is available on private treatment from £250.
Extractions from £110
We carry out simple and surgical extractions under local anaesthetic. Private extractions are from £110, and surgical extractions (for a tooth partly under the gum or bone) from £350. The dentist examines the tooth, usually with an X-ray, and confirms the fee in writing before anything starts. If the tooth can be saved, we'll say so. For a straightforward tooth, the removal itself can take just a few minutes once you're numb.
Dentist Consultation £55 - £85
A consultation with one of our dentists covers your teeth, gums and mouth, the X-rays needed and an honest conversation about your options and what they would cost. Private examinations are £85 for new patients and £55 for existing patients, including X-rays, and NHS examinations are free. We are open until 8pm Monday to Thursday and until 5pm on Friday.

Dentist-prescribed home whitening: custom-made trays from a digital scan of your teeth and professional Boutique whitening gel, for £350. A short, free assessment confirms whitening suits your teeth and sets honest expectations for the shade change. Results commonly last a year or more, depending on diet and habits.
