Came across this dental practice after being recommended by a friend after moving to the area. Being a nervous patient this is the practice to go to. Staff are friendly and also make you feel welcome. The dentist took his time and explained my treatment to me so I knew what to expect when I returned. Dr Omid has been the dentist for my whole family for many years. He is kind, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and explains all treatment options clearly and answers any questions. I was afraid of going to the dentist before I became a patient with Omid, but his reassuring manner and almost pain-free treatments have inspired my full trust and confidence. When I was in severe tooth pain, they helped me get a quick appointment and relieve my pain during the last week of the year which was very difficult to accommodate. Nurse Heta and the doctor are very helpful and understanding, they accommodated me in between their busy schedule, even though I reached very late due to minimal availability of transportation during Christmas week. I am very grateful to them that because of them I managed to get my pain fixed and because of that, my Christmas went painless. Unfortunately due to poor treatment in another practice, I needed to have a molar extracted. This Edinburgh practice was available during the lockdown crisis. Their attention to protecting client and staff is faultless and their facilities are welcoming and relaxing. The procedure was carried out quickly and safely.
