On my first visit to the clinic I was greeted by Billy who took me through the booking in experience and was very helpful as was Sarah who made the appointment. Sam and Barbara were my nurses who set me at ease as I was having a tooth extraction and when all was ready I met Dr Shaffie who was so kind and understood my concerns as I take blood thinners. My treatment was quick and I hardly had time to wonder what would happen when the tooth was out! It was pain free and the nurses let me rest while they explained what to do at home they put a compress on my gums so that the bleeding was reduced. A very positive experience.
Came here for the first time, friends recommended. The lady at the reception Diane was so lovely and kind, the reception staff altogether were super nice and make you feel like you're taken care of. And then my lovely Dr. Micha & Karen, both so gentle and reassuring. I was a bit nervous and had that uncomfortable feeling (the dentist fear 🤣) at first, but the ladies made sure to take that away, plus all the explaining through the process and the support. Over the years visiting different dental practices I've finally found a practice that I feel is the best around at Ark -G dental and cosmetics centre. I have been having treatment over the past few months for my teeth to be put right again from having worn and missing teeth to having implants to bonding to having no smile to having a great smile again. They are professional and the work I have done so far is fantastic. I would highly recommend them for any dental or cosmetic work. The staff are polite professional my Dentist Margarita is a true professional and takes pride in her dental work.
