Have been with this practice a while now and would not go anywhere else. All the Dentists and their nurses are highly professional, friendly and put you at ease, I have never enjoyed visiting a dentist but this practice helped me relax. I have had routine check-ups, root canal and hygiene work done and all have been superb. The receptionist Diane is always extra help can answer questions and is always smiling.

I have been a patient since June 2018. I arrived very nervous and embarrassed about my teeth . I was put at ease by Nina who came highly recommended by my own dentist . My teeth were a product of the 70s dentistry and had become more jumbled over the years, causing so many gum infections that I was in danger of losing them . Nina came up with a treatment plan , she was reassuring and confident that my teeth could become untangled ! I had braces top and later bottom , teeth removed to make room for movement all the while Nina and her nursing staff were kind and concerned for my well being . I also had a very long gum which Nina also corrected for me without surgery - something i had previously been told was not possible. I was introduced to karon the amazing hygienist who kept my teeth in check with advice and guidance. All my appointments were confirmed by the lovely Sarah who was always so warm, friendly and helpful along with the lovely reception team who were brilliant at getting me appointments that fitted around my work schedule. My treatment with Nina came to an end and my teeth were perfectly straight for the first time ever and Nina had to give me exercises in how to smile - all previous photos of me I have my hand over my mouth ! I have just had composite bonding and a crown replaced by Farhad, both himself and Nina were meticulous in their work and only happy with the best possible out come for me . I cannot say how happy I am with my treatment and results. The sandford are a modern practise with the latest technology and are lovely, friendly and helpful . one of the best decisions I have ever made and money so well spent for a result I did not think possible .

I had a single tooth implant. This was done by Dr Wasim assisted by his nurse Roya. Always treated with respect. Dr Wasim is an exceptionally good surgeon, and very professional. Roya is a lovely, friendly person, always smiling, and always makes me feel comfortable. The receptionists are always polite and friendly. This is a truly caring practice.

I am currently having a implant and my experience has been nothing but fantastic. I have been given all relevant information about what to expect throughout the whole process. The staff are friendly and caring. Kieron my Dentist makes me feel relaxed and feelsafe in his care. It’s First class surgery, so don’t hesitate if have dental health problems, you get the best advice and will be in safe Hands.

Over the years visiting different dental practices I've finally found a practice that I feel is the best around at Ark -G dental and cosmetics centre. I have been having treatment over the past few months for my teeth to be put right again from having worn and missing teeth to having implants to bonding to having no smile to having a great smile again. They are professional and the work I have done so far is fantastic. I would highly recommend them for any dental or cosmetic work. The staff are polite professional my Dentist Margarita is a true professional and takes pride in her dental work.

I used this clinic because I knew they had a good reputation and I had been on their NHS waiting list for years before I was eventually taken on as an NHS patient. In mid-March 2024, I attended the surgery for a six-monthly dental check-up, followed immediately by a separate appointment with a dental hygienist. Coincidentally, I had, a week earlier, chipped a corner from and already extensively filled molar (though it was causing no discomfort). The dentist repaired the damaged tooth there and then, which was very welcome and efficient. It has given me no trouble since. I had followed the dentist's previous recommendations to improve my cleaning regimen, and this resulted in the dentist passing comment that my teeth now appeared to have been cleaned better than in the past. The dentist can clearly offer useful guidance. The hygienist session was, as usual, slightly uncomfortable (due to sensitivity from past over-brushing), but the hygienist was careful and took trouble to ensure that the process was as pleasant as possible. The charge was just under £100, which felt about right for the standard of care.

I could not be happier with the service I've received from Slade Dental. I needed a lot of dental work done, and was terrified of dental pain. I really needn't have worried. Mike and his team made sure that my experience was pain-free and the work done was excellent. Very highly recommended.

Excellent dental care from the whole team, but most notably Victoria and most recently Dan, who throughout my double implant journey did his utmost to address all my fears, and I had quite a few! He has done an amazing job. Terrific dental surgeon. We moved to this practice after a poor customer care experience elsewhere, and both my wife and myself have no hesitation in recommending Heather Williams’ Practice. All the staff here are brilliant - maintain the highest professional standards, and continually make us feel individually valued as patients. Superb practice.
