Needed root canal treatment and was very nervous. I was seen promptly by Ijaz Hussain, who took plenty of time to explain the procedure and reassure me. I agreed to start treatment immediately, and Ijaz and his lovely dental nurse, Isabel, were fantastic and very professional. Treatment was successful, and subsequently Nigel Saynor fitted a crown. Delighted with the outcome, and I would highly recommend Bramcote Dental Surgery. Thank you to all involved.

Today I had a wisdom tooth removed at Carisbrook Dental Care and as a very nervous patient, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tariq was absolutely amazing, so gentle, calm, and kind throughout the whole procedure. He explained everything clearly before and during the treatment, which really helped put me at ease and made me feel comfortable and reassured. All of the staff and dental nurses were brilliant too, friendly, caring, and very understanding of my nerves. The practice itself is extremely clean and welcoming, which also helped me feel more relaxed. I even got a little stress toy to help with my anxiety during the appointment, which was such a thoughtful touch! I’m so grateful for the care I received today and would highly recommend Carisbrook Dental Care, especially to anyone who feels nervous about dental treatment.

I’ve had an outstanding experience with Smile Dentist! From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The practice is clean, modern, and has a calming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. My dentist was incredibly thorough, explaining each step clearly and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. My tooth inlay fell out and I couldn't eat as there was a big hole. I booked an emergency appointment on Sunday and was seen within an hour. I broke a tooth while cleaning it, rang Freedom Dental at 0900 and was seen by doctor patel at 10.00, Great service by front office staff, Doctor Patel soon discovered the problem and talked me through the alternatives, which was temporary filling or maybe the remaining tooth may have to come out. We settled for the filling for now. Great service from all.
