Today I had a wisdom tooth removed at Carisbrook Dental Care and as a very nervous patient, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tariq was absolutely amazing, so gentle, calm, and kind throughout the whole procedure. He explained everything clearly before and during the treatment, which really helped put me at ease and made me feel comfortable and reassured. All of the staff and dental nurses were brilliant too, friendly, caring, and very understanding of my nerves. The practice itself is extremely clean and welcoming, which also helped me feel more relaxed. I even got a little stress toy to help with my anxiety during the appointment, which was such a thoughtful touch! I’m so grateful for the care I received today and would highly recommend Carisbrook Dental Care, especially to anyone who feels nervous about dental treatment.

I want to input 5 stars but it comes up as 4.5! Every dentist is expensive .... but it's worth it at the Malthouse, it's almost a joy to visit ...the receptionists are so friendly and joyous, and Mark, my Therapist and Adam, my Dentist are just wonderful... I followed Adam to this practice ... sorry but you can't get rid of me ....so, until my next visit.

I had a genuine fear of dentist and only went if I had a problem. I went to see Dr Masood and everything changed. Very friendly and professional at all times. I received excellent care and advice throughout my treatments. Absolutely fabulous results I can’t stop smiling and have got loads more confidence. I would highly recommend Dr Masood. I recently had a check-up and X-rays with Peter Young following a tooth implant earlier this year, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received throughout the process. Peter is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which always helps put me at ease. The implant has healed well, and it was reassuring to have a thorough follow-up appointment to make sure everything was progressing as expected. Just completed implant treatment with Dr Hamza Sheikh I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. I am quite a nervous patient but was looked after from start to finish. I am so pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend this practice.
