Fabulous first visit at Crownhill Dental Practice today. Welcomed at reception by Rachel and Mia who were lovely and welcoming.. felt comfortable in the practice from the outset. The therapists Carly and Evie put me at ease straight away in the treatment room with their friendliness and their wealth of knowledge.. really informative.

Dr Ordi was kind enough to see me today too, unscheduled, he certainly knows his stuff and he too was kind, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I can already tell that I've definitely made the right choice in choosing this practice for my future treatment...I've never enjoyed a visit to the dentist visit so much!

I have been a patient of Dr Ordi for some time and visited the practice today great team from the receptionists to the nurses. Dr Ordi as a very highly skilled professional treated me, as usual I received excellent care, treatment and advice.

Previously I had two fillings from Chloe and by far was one of my best experience I have had at the dentist. Very professional and made you feel very relaxed and explained every step of the process. I would highly recommend Dr Ordi and his team to anyone needing dental treatment.

BIG shout out to Ramin and all the gang who work with him. I’ve just finished my treatment having an extraction and three implants. From start to finish, the service I’ve received has been fantastic. The relaxed atmosphere and Ramin's fun nature has made my experience pleasurable.

So many people kept on telling me to go to Turkey to have my teeth done because it will be cheaper, well I didn’t because we have the best Dentish here on our doorstep. At 9am on 30 August I had an appointment and was very apprehensive about what was to come. Thanks to Dr Azizi and Mia, the dental nurse, all went very well for me. Both offered frequent reassurances, were understanding and above all, comforting.
I was back home within 40 minutes. Very satisfied that the procedure was complete.

I have recently finished my treatment with Dr Ordi for 3 implants. Despite this being a new experience for me I felt very relaxed as everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Dr Ordi is very professional and skilled and I had total confidence in him. He discussed the various processes as we went along so I understood what was happening. I’m thrilled with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to consult Dr Ordi again should I need similar treatment in the future.

Should anyone be considering implant surgery shouldn’t be overly concerned, being in the most capable hands of Dr Ramin Ordi, his ability to relax the patient and conduct this type of surgery is second to none.

Over the last seven months, I have been attending the surgery to receive treatment in the form of three implants ( three separate sites). In addition to this treatment, I have also had a regeneration procedure for my two top front teeth. I have always looked after my teeth but sadly the ageing process beat me and I had loose teeth.
Throughout the whole procedure, Dr Ordi explained everything in such a manner that any fears or apprehension were kept to an absolute minimum.

The result has without a doubt changed my whole quality of life. In fact, the teeth feel as if they have been with me forever.
In addition to Dr Ordi, I have to compliment all his staff on the way in which you are looked after from the time you enter the surgery to the time you leave. I must particularly mention the receptionist Carolin; patient, cheerful, professional at all times. If anyone wishes to speak to me I am happy about the surgery to supply my details

I’m 80 years old now and when my NHS dentist closed down I needed to go to a private practice for the first time in my life. Crownhill Dental was recommend to me by a friend. I’ve only got 16 teeth in my mouth now, and I was considering having dental implants done here. However, I started the process and decided it wasn’t the best option for my pocket or my age. That being said, I received fantastic service from start to finish.

My first impressions of the dental practice were very good in every way - from the receptionist to the dentist, all the staff were excellent. The doctor quoted me a price of 2400 pounds, but I wanted to have two implants done and that would have brought the price to 3600 pounds, which was far too much for my pocket. So instead I ended up having the whitening procedure which I could do at home. I had my teeth done by the hygienist and they gave me a really good detailed report of what I could expect if I decided to see the procedure through to the end. They sent all the information to my iPad. I read everything about it and I realised that for my age I didn’t want to go through with it. What I appreciated very much was that I wasn’t forced into the procedure - there was no pressure to go through with it when I told them I’d changed my mind afterwards. I didn’t do follow-ups because the surgery would have been the next step. I completed all the pre-procedure examinations and everything leading up to the actual dental implant treatment. But after I realised the price and everything else, I declined and that was it. When you’re a widow with other responsibilities, 3600 pounds is too much money to spend on dental implants. The dentists did not cut corners and explained everything to me. After hearing the testimonies of past patients, I knew I’d be getting quality service at this clinic. I can recommend them with confidence to others - the dentists are lovely people and exceptional professionals! When I left the clinic, I made sure they knew how impressed I was with the service.

Dr. Ordi has looked after my family's teeth for quite a few years and we have found him to be quick, friendly and proficient. He installed my dental implant last year and that has been very successful. We have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Ordi for his ongoing advice and thorough dental work.

Crownhill Dental Practice is situated on the first floor of a building in Crownhill's main shopping street and is very accessible and convenient. The clinic is clean and well-kept and we have found all the staff to be both friendly and helpful.

As a result of an accident, I badly damaged my 4 front teeth. Following a recommendation, I visited Dr. Ramin Ordi. He gave me excellent advice and treatment from the start and as a result, I had around 12 months of treatment from Ramin and his team. I now have implants, 4 new front teeth, and a new smile. I can't thank Ramin enough for his wonderful service and treatment and his now ongoing post-op care. I would highly recommend Ramin and his team to anyone requiring implant work.
