Professional dental clinic!

I had dental cleaning. The staff and the doctor were very friendly, and helpful, spoke English and made me feel very welcome and looked after.

Biography:

Dr. Nuno Pereira has been dedicated to dentistry for over two decades, combining extensive clinical experience with a passion for teaching and innovation.

He graduated in Dentistry from ISCS-N in 2001 and soon after pursued advanced training abroad. Between 2001 and 2003, he completed a postgraduate program in Implant Dentistry at New York University (NYU), an experience that shaped his professional path. In 2003, he also completed a postgraduate course in Aesthetic Dentistry at CEOSA, Madrid.

Today, Dr. Pereira is the Clinical Director of Avenida Dental Clinic, where he focuses exclusively on oral surgery and implantology. Over the years, he has placed more than 35,000 implants and has built a solid reputation for precision and commitment to patient care.

Alongside his clinical work, he founded the Nuno Pereira Academy in 2015, where he has trained dentists in advanced implantology through intensive hands-on courses. 

Dr. Pereira is a member of the European Academy of Osseointegration and a Fellow of the ICOI (International Congress of Oral Implantologists), among other prestigious scientific organizations. He continues to attend international congresses to remain at the forefront of dental innovation.
