Pulumbarit Jr. graduated from a school recognized as leader in the field of Dentistry – Centro Escolar University, Manila. They earned their license in 2001 and went to extensive training in the Externship Program in Oral Surgery of UP-PGH. They continued to garner further knowledge and specialization through the Esthetics and Orthodontic courses under the International Association of Orthodontics. In 2005, Dr. Victoria and Dr. Pulumbarit opened Dental Town to cater the clients in Alabang and the rest of Metro South.
