The office operations manager, Itzhak is so responsive and professional! He responded to my initial inquiry within minutes. I had an appointment within a couple of days for a consult for an implant. At the consult, I met with Dr. Obeso and his assistant Rosario. They were thorough, and professional and took a generous amount of time to explain and answer all of my questions. This place is amazing! I haven't been paid anything or given any discounts for my review but when I say they are amazing, I mean it. I had read all of the reviews & still was a little apprehensive but I had 3 video consults to answer all of my questions and make me feel more at ease. Juan picked me up right across the border and from the minute I met him I felt better. Priscilla, Dr Erick and all the staff were great. Very professional and thorough. Dr Erick and his assistant made sure I had no pain and kept making sure I was OK. I had 7 teeth removed, implants on the lower jaw, and a top partial. It was a very long procedure but worth it. If you are looking for a good place to have your work done in Mexico, look no further. Side note... their prices can't beat!!! I have been researching places for a year and the way they include all your work together instead of pricing out everything separate, made things much easier.
