It's been a seamless, pain-free procedureGary, US, 17 06 21

I am currently in the process of my first implant @ Icon Dental in Nogales, Mexico. Had a broken crown with most of the tooth. Since the office is several miles from the Dennis Concini border crossing Icon Dental was there to meet me, drive me to the office and then back to the border. Really makes it nice. The first & only response from a total of 4 online inquires was from Beatrice "Betty" Avila with Icon. Over the phone, she answered all of my questions on different treatments, procedures & pricing after I told her about breaking a tooth along with the crown. Beatrice is absolutely excellent. First, we went for 3D imaging and then to Icon's beautiful, modern offices. Here I met Dr. Alejandro Valdes (Periodontist & implant specialist), Dr. Adrian Valera and Dental Assistant Paola Ayala. First off they are great listeners. After the 3D imaging, there was an exam and cleaning. It was determined I would have a tooth implant rather than a 3 crown bridge. The tooth extraction took only a few minutes and it was decided to go ahead with the implant at the same time. Bought the prescribed meds at the Farmacia in Nogales, Mexico Waited one week then returned for a temporary and now I must wait for 2 1/2 months for the abutment and crown. No pain whatsoever at any time. It's been a seamless, pain-free procedure. I am now a patient for life. Needless to say, there are substantial savings, professional service and I am if you have not noticed, a very happy patient!

Totally happy with value and quality of the work doneDonald, US, 17 02 20

I needed a root canal. I was quoted $1600. For $1700, I got a veneer, two crowns and the root canal. I had been putting off dental work because of the cost. When Dr Mendivil put numbing on gums, he waited for it to take effect. No pain with numbing needles. That was a first. When doing the work they must use a different technique. I wasn't drowning. Dr Sosa did my root canal. Other work is done by Dr. Mendivil. Usually, when getting a crown, I get a temporary and return later for the permanent. Arizona Dental make them in-house. I waited for about an hour and got the permanent veneer and two crowns. Totally happy with value and quality of the work done. I would recommend parking on the American side and walking. Not far. Took a while to drive back across the border. Dr Mendivil speaks perfect English and there were no chickens running around on the floor.

Dental Implants from $800
Dental implants are artificial tooth roots used to support a restoration for a missing tooth or teeth, helping to stop or prevent jaw bone loss. The dental implant procedure is categorized as a form of prosthetic (artificial replacement) dentistry, but also is considered a form of cosmetic dentistry. People who have lost teeth might feel too self-conscious to smile or talk. Additionally, biting irregularities caused by tooth loss can have a negative effect on eating habits, leading to secondary health problems like malnutrition. By replacing missing tooth roots, dental implants provide people with the strength and stability required to eat all the foods they love, without struggling to chew. Additionally, dental implants stimulate and maintain jaw bone, preventing bone loss and helping to maintain facial features.

A fantastic job for a reasonable priceKellye, Phoenix, AZ, 08 11 15

I recently finished my implant crown. Doctor Espinosa was great, especially because the work I had done in the Phoenix area was not good. The implant was put in crooked and in too far. Dr. Espinosa had to customize my abutment to secure the crown making it straight. Dr. Luna was great with color, and my color was tough to duplicate. The tooth looks real. After spending too much for a half ass job in Phoenix, Dental Perigroup did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. I choose this clinic because of Dr. Espinosa's qualifications. He is a Master of Implantology. I also had some additional restoration work while going. A couple of my old metal fillings needed updating to cerac crowns. Pricing on these were good as well. They were able to do my work in house and most same day. The implant however took a few trips done to Mexico.
