My experience began with research and ended with choosing RD Dental first because of their quick response and pricing (not the cheapest). They answered all my questions quickly. Yes, I was nervous about going into the unknown—from Canada to get implants—but the savings helped considerably! My sister and I flew into Phoenix, where we were quickly picked up by Jesus and Rossel from the clinic. We felt very comfortable right from the start! After a few stops in Yuma for lunch and coffee, the border crossing was so easy! They took us to the Hotel California, made sure we were checked in, and confirmed our appointment for the next day at 9 a.m. The hotel was ‘quaint’—nothing fancy, but clean, with air conditioning and a convenient café (great coffee and fresh donuts every day) and restaurant. The clinic also provided transport every day to and from the clinic if we wanted it. My first appointment went well. I initially planned for six implants, but after consulting with the dentist and reviewing the scans, I ended up getting eight implants, two root canals with crowns, an extraction, whitening, and, of course, a cleaning. After lunch at the adjoining restaurant, I went for the two root canals. Let me just say—if I had had two root canals at home, my mouth would have been sore for at least three days. Not here! The dentist numbed just enough, and we were able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. The next day included scans, crown fittings, whitening, and cleaning—thank you to Dr. Irma Barcia! She was gentle and quick. There was a lot of waiting around, but patience is key—it’s ‘Mexican time.’ The next day was the implants. Dr. Irma fitted the crowns, and then I saw Dr. Hector Manchvil (spelling?), the implant specialist. I was so nervous, but wow—he did an awesome job. Three hours later, I was walking out! While walking around Los Algodones, I saw numerous people with a lot of bruising—but not with Dr. Hector. I went back the next day, and there was very little swelling and no bruising. The following day was for recovery, and then on Friday, Mariela (the owner of both the dental clinic and restaurant) and Rossel drove us back to Phoenix. I know this was long, but I am looking forward to returning in September to finish up with the crowns. The whole crew here was fabulous! I can’t forget about Ivan at the front counter, the dental assistants, and the waitresses at the restaurant! I highly recommend RD Dental. I was told by my dentist here in the US I needed a root canal and a crown on one of my front teeth. A CME assistant picked me up at my hotel on the US side first thing in the morning. Dr. Morales x-rayed and carefully tested the tooth and found it to be in perfect condition; however, he found the gum around the tooth was infected and I had 4 front teeth that were healthy but loose from my bottom teeth hitting them for too many years. He proceeded with a deep scaling of my gums and gave me options for treatments for the loose teeth. I chose to have him replace the old fillings on several molars with partial crowns and he built them up slightly, it stopped my bottom teeth from hitting my front top teeth permanently! Over the years I have tried 3 different types of night-guards which cost a fortune and ended up not using because of discomfort or spitting them out in my sleep. All for I’m thinking about 30% of what it would have cost me at home! He was very gentle, very professional, and used the latest equipment. I’m so very relieved I didn’t have to have a root canal and am looking forward to strong teeth again. I’ll be back with other family for sure!

From my first contact until now, everything has gone perfectly. My initial contact was with Luis Olivas, Supreme Dental’s patient coordinator extraordinaire. Luis was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable—no matter when I emailed him, even at 1:00 AM, he would still respond. His dedication seriously impressed me. He was also very patient with all my questions and never pressured me in that typical salesperson way. I reached out to several other dental offices, but none came close to what Luis and Supreme Dental offered in terms of details and service. The office manager, Manny, was another great guy—very observant and, like Luis, never tried to oversell or upsell me. He was always available for any questions or concerns. My first dentist, Dr. Luis Quintero, was incredibly friendly and detail-oriented. I was getting the All-on-4 procedure, and thanks to all the informative videos Frank puts out, I felt knowledgeable and well-prepared. The entire experience was transparent—no surprises, just straightforward and upfront communication. My first surgery with Dr. Luis was amazingly painless. I opted for sedation, which worked incredibly well because I honestly never felt any pain during or after the procedure. Throughout the week, they had me come in almost daily for follow-ups and to get my temporary teeth set up. The convenience of having the hotel right upstairs was a huge plus—I could quickly go back to my room to rest, watch TV, or relax on a spacious patio overlooking the vibrant and safe city. Dr. Luis did such an amazing job that my teeth looked fantastic with barely any bruising or swelling. For my return trip three months later, I went back for my permanent teeth. Since Dr. Luis was in New York for a convention, I had Dr. Elias instead. I was very happy with him as well—his videos showed how personable he was, and in person, he was just as caring and thorough. His energy and attention to detail made me feel very comfortable. I truly feel blessed to have had both Dr. Luis and Dr. Elias take care of me. It has now been three months since my final procedure, and everything has gone perfectly. I have a great smile, and I feel so much more confident—before, I felt like I looked like a homeless man when I smiled. Now, I can smile with confidence and eat without pain or concern. On the financial side, I paid half of what I would have in the U.S. Every place I checked was charging between $40,000 to $50,000 for the same work. Choosing Supreme Dental was the best decision I could have made. For anyone hesitant about going to Mexico for dental work—Los Algodones is very safe. Yes, there are people selling things on the streets, but they don’t harass you. It’s just part of the experience. I strongly recommend Supreme Dental to anyone considering dental treatment. They truly go above and beyond!

Dr. Rodarte is awesome! I spent three and one half days getting my teeth completely reworked. I have 7 root canals, three bridges, and 28 crowns. I felt comfortable during the entire time. Dr. Rodarte did an awesome job to give me a great looking smile! I have referred many friends and family members to her office. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Luis and his team. They are not only highly professional but also incredibly humble and genuinely willing to assist in any way possible. Dr. Luis was grounded, thorough, and highly communicative, explaining every step of the procedure in detail, which gave me great confidence. Although this was my first time visiting Mexico for dental work, Itzhak handled everything seamlessly. From his initial email to the moment I walked out of the clinic yesterday evening, he made sure everything was smooth and stress-free with a friendly and professional approach. I highly recommend their services. In the past, I received a crown from another country (which I won’t name), and unfortunately, the quality was poor—it actually fell off within a year when I bit into chocolate! But my experience with Dental 3 Smiles was completely different. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received, and I truly hope I can share their quality with others by sending them more customers.

Hi I usually don’t do this but I have to go out of my way and let you know about the experience I had visiting Dra. Maite Moreno Delgado this past month. She was so helpful and walked me through my visit to Tijuana and I stayed at this Hotel she recommended which was great and the location was very nice. Her office was nice and clean. First day we had lunch together she made me feel comfortable being in Mexico with her. I drove from Los Angeles to see her and to anyone looking to visit her I recommend her to anyone, what a sweet person she is and very good at what she does. Thank you.

Dr. Vasquez, his assistant and Mario were very professional and personable. They did an excellent job on the work I had come for. Mario was very good at welcoming and translating when needed. I will recommend you guys to anyone I know needing dental work. I drove from Sacramento and will do it again when I do the implants. You guys are the best and the prices make it worth the trip.
