Bogota is a very easy city to fly to from the United States, and many neighbourhoods are extremely safe. Stay around Parque 93 which is an upscale neighborhood but is cheap compared to USA living prices. And you can easily walk to the Esthetic Dent office. Download Google Translate and become good at using it. That’s all you need.
