I contacted the clinic from the uk to enquire about a root canal treatment that could not be done on the NHS - from the first email Arabella was amazing and very helpful- when I attended my appointment unfortunately the tooth in question needed to be removed- the whole team were friendly and my options were clearly explained in detail - I opted for an extraction and implant and although I was very nervous they were very understanding and supportive. The clinic was spotless with up-to-date equipment, and they gave me a prescription for the necessary antibiotics and pain relief after my treatment. They even sent a message the day after treatment to check how I was getting on - a fabulous personal touch, especially when you are not in your home country. I would highly recommend this clinic and am planning to return later in the year for another implant, as I was so impressed with them.
