Dr Young obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery with First Class Honours and the University Medal from the University of Sydney in 2002. In 2011, Dr Young became the first Endodontist in NSW to obtain Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons in the Special Field of Endodontics. Dr Young teaches Endodontics to dental students at the University of Sydney and has lectured both locally and internationally to dentists and students. He currently runs a two-day intensive course for the Australian Dental Association teaching advanced techniques in Endodont
