I saw Richard recently twice for a chronic issue with my tooth. I had a wonderful experience with the team right from the receptionist, nurses and Richard himself. It didn't feel like going to a business but to a place that I was genuinely cared for. I initially had a CBCT on site followed by a thorough consult including a microscopic view of my tooth. I was impressed right from the start as the practice is well equipped with modern equipment. I have very high regards for Richard as he gave me tips right from demonstrating the correct brushing technique to the most professional advice and options regarding my aching tooth. I sincerely wish that Richard and his team continue to provide their excellent service and keep inspiring younger generations with their excellence, honesty and professionalism.

I looked for implants in Thailand, California and Bali, my gut instinct was to pay a bit extra initially and save all the travelling and b.s overseas also the Medicare card is gold. I ended up getting covid flu the morning of the appointment, the reception have become friends with their helpful attention to me and an understanding of what was happening in my life and the dentist demanded to make everyone happy. I haven't met a UN happy customer. My name is Troy I'm 45 yo male and give the clinic the highest rating And the results are amazing. Not a single person has picked veneers. And I'm going on a date with a dental nurse (local, not their clinic) to discuss the treatment. I wouldn't have got a date with my old teeth. Expect to pay 25k I recon for the top. I got a gut feeling from other patients, about 15 overseas but will cost more than 10k in travelling lost holiday and no Medicare. Say hi to Mark and Zac. Great guy, surgery was no stress. My teeth have got the first smile on my face since 2023. My mum passed in Oct 24 I think she will would be so happy and thankful for being and saying what was needed so this could be achieved to be done through so much stress in my life. Thank you.. Can't wait for first peice of red meat I can eat, enjoy, chew oh and maybe small peice of crackling in the months to come.
