I saw Richard recently twice for a chronic issue with my tooth. I had a wonderful experience with the team right from the receptionist, nurses and Richard himself. It didn't feel like going to a business but to a place that I was genuinely cared for. I initially had a CBCT on site followed by a thorough consult including a microscopic view of my tooth. I was impressed right from the start as the practice is well equipped with modern equipment. I have very high regards for Richard as he gave me tips right from demonstrating the correct brushing technique to the most professional advice and options regarding my aching tooth. I sincerely wish that Richard and his team continue to provide their excellent service and keep inspiring younger generations with their excellence, honesty and professionalism.

I have been attending this group for several years and the main reason is because of the dental hygienist Tran. She is an absolute legend and if she ever leaves, I will follow her. The fact that you have to book months in advance is testimony to how sought after she is. My dentist is ok but Tran is the real star of the practice. She deserves a massive pay rise, she is so hard-working

After months of pain in my right hip but not ready to take the next step, I contacted Daniel Fick’s rooms. The first positive experience was that Dan’s team organized all my scans that had to be done before the initial appointment. All I had to do was show up on time for these appointments. At my first meeting, Dan was taken aback at the sight of my hip. From the scans, he confirmed the pain that I was in and explained what my options were, and showed me the ‘dual mobility implant'. This option offered me a fast recovery without restrictions. The operation could be done in 2 months' time which suited my work arrangements. As part of the process, I met with Dr. Granger who performed all the pre-operative tests (heart, blood, etc.) and he answered all my questions, as well as reassured me in an extremely pleasant way. The Anesthetist called before the operation and reassured me that he would be taking care of me and made sure he was aware of my wishes. The operation was on 2 November 2021 and I was home 3 days later. Whilst in hospital, I used a walker for about 10 minutes, then swapped to double crutches for 30 minutes, once I felt comfortable, I was using a single crutch as a walking aid. Within two weeks, the crutches were standing in the corner and not used. Penny, the nurse on Dan’s team was in regular contact and even sent a photo of my ‘old hip’ bones which was a nice touch. She took off the dressing after 2 weeks and was impressed with the way the wound had healed up. I liked the daily positive SMS messages that I received. These really got me moving and exercising, particularly on days when I thought I would take it easy. A follow-up meeting with Dan confirmed that everything was going very well. The daunting process of a total hip replacement was made very smooth and easy by Dan and his amazing team. Everybody was extremely professional and caring. I would highly recommend Daniel Fick and his professional team!

I recently visited the Sydney Implant Institute and Dental Lounge in Macquarie Street for the purpose of dental surgery of All on 4 implant procedure, and I could not be any happier with the experience. Dr. Mark Braund is an exceptional dentist and possess an extensive knowledge of dentistry and most of all in the procedure of Implant surgery. Usually, I am terrified of dentists and always try to put it off going to see one, but Dr. Braund put me at ease with his very warm friendly, and caring personality. he taken his time to explain every step of the procedure and answer questions that had me feeling comfortable safe and at ease throughout the whole entire visit. The rest of the staff were also amazing they all made me feel very welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. I was also impressed with the setup and cleanliness of the establishment. Eventually, I had my procedure of All on 4 done a few weeks ago and what really stood out it was the personalised attention to detail and care that Dr. Braund and the rest of his team provided. I felt like they truly valued me as a patient, and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the end result. Ps: I would also like to personally thank the procedure managers Gabriell and Taylor for the attention and post-procedure care that they provided. Finally, thank you all for the most beautiful smile you have put on my face, that I hadn't had for many years. Ps: My husband also had some dental treatments done at the same time by the Dental Lounge and he had nothing but praise for the Centre.

Regular patient of Dr Sharma and recommend her to everyone I talk to. I had a cracked tooth this week, turns out it was quite significant and went below the gum line. Instead of opting for more drastic solutions, Dr Sharma put in a filling, and it was not small. Great work (again), you cannot tell I had a problem and quite honestly it looks better than it did before it was cracked. Also, no pain for me or my purse. Continue to be very happy with Dr Sharma's great work.
