From the moment I arrived at the hospital I was treated with such care and kindness. Every aspect of the treatment was explained thoroughly and I felt fully informed throughout. My operation actually happened ahead of time which saved me from the worry brought about from excessive waiting. In the theatre, the anaesthetist and the surgeon were incredibly courteous and reassuring which put me at my ease.
