I had Alarplasty procedure at the Harley Plastic Surgery in East Grinstead. On assessment, Mr Harley took time to explained the procedure and realistic expected outcome. I was a bit disappointed that there was no before and after photos of Afro Caribbean patient in his archives. Nevertheless, I was pretty sure that I have chosen the right Surgeon as evidence by his procedures videos and reviews. During the procedure, he was very caring and meticulous with his technique, ensuring that I was pain free and comfortable. The outcome has really enhanced my profile, boosts my confidence and self esteem. Though, the scar is still visible after 4 weeks but I am pretty sure that it will be inconspicuous when matured. I am so grateful to Mr Harley for arranging post op follow up appointment to monitor my progress.

Cannot fault the clinic at all. Clinical team excellent; they really looked after me. I am so pleased with my blepharoplasty results. I first contacted the Mac’s clinic in February 2026. The Watford clinic appealed to me, as I’m not a lover of going to central London. I had researched Mr Vadodaria, and he had exceptional reviews. I was looking to have an upper and lower blepharoplasty, which would have cost a fair amount of money. At my first appointment, I took a friend with me, as I wanted a second opinion. The staff and Mr Vadodaria gave us a very warm welcome. Mr Vadodaria examined my eyes and explained that he didn’t think I needed an upper Blepharoplasty. He said that my lower eyelids had two problems. One being Malar bags. He suggested that I have them done first, then see how I felt after the procedure. The procedure he suggested was a fraction of the cost I had in mind. My procedure was carried out on 3rd May 26. Before the day began, we were invited to join them in their Morning Prayers. It was a wonderful experience putting my mind, body and soul at rest 🙏 Mr Vadodaria and his team went over and above to make sure I was at ease. The whole experience was very professional. They were also kind and caring. Very trustworthy and genuine. I would highly recommend Mac's clinic with the wonderful Mr Vadodaria and his amazing team. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. 🙏

If I could give the Centre for Surgery a million stars I would! The whole process from the phone call, consultation and surgery itself was absolutely seamless and couldn’t gone better. Coming from someone with a severe needle phobia and not feeling comfortable in a medical setting I felt so comfortable from start to finish. I had an Otoplasty with Dr Michail Vourvachis today and yet I don’t feel any pain and feel like my normal self. All the nurses, reception team and anaesthetists were so kind, caring and attentive especially given that I was so nervous. Dr Michail Vourvachis truly is a one-of-a-kind surgeon, with incredible attention to detail and incredible at calming me down for my procedure. In my initial consultation, he explained absolutely everything I needed to know and I had no questions as he had already answered them all. He is not only an expert in what he does but he is such a kind and caring person who will help put anyone at ease. A huge shoutout to the nurses who were there by my side throughout the whole process. I was so anxious and yet they are all so kind and looked after me so well. And a massive shoutout to the anaesthetist who calmed me down and made me laugh. Thank you so much to the reception team for answering all my questions and being so kind and informative! I’m one of those people who are quite difficult to calm down when I’m anxious and yet everyone genuinely calmed me down and made me feel reassured and looked after. They really did go above and beyond! I have my check-up consultation next week but I couldn’t help to write a review immediately because of how perfect the whole process has been. I’ve had other consultations previously from Harley Street and nothing has come close to how incredible the whole team are here. If anyone is doing their research into where to have surgery I will recommend the Centre for Surgery immediately. I felt like I was in such safe hands. Thank you all so much I am so grateful!

Great clinic. I didn’t end up following through with the procedure as I didn't need it, but they were so communicative and friendly throughout the whole process, and immediately refunded me for my initial booking. Would definitely go through them again.

I first contacted Thornhill Clinic at the beginning of May regarding upper Blepharoplasty. I had a face-to-face appointment 4 days later. Today I had the procedure done. Absolutely delighted. Everything explained, the procedure took approximately 1 hour. Staff are very professional & friendly. Good value for money and affordable prices.
