In February 2022 I had a hair transplant carried out by this company. It has been incredibly successful and they were very professional and efficient. Their fees were very fair. I was 75 years old at the time and I would recommend them to anyone. I was originally recommended to this clinic by a friend.

I had my surgery on the 17/02. Everything was booked via WhatsApp and within 2 weeks of 1st contact. The doctor was very responsive and answered all my questions. When i arrived i had to wait 15mins for the car and the car took me to my hotel which was 30mins away. The hotel was nice and clean.a few hours later there was someone to pick me up and we walked to the hospital which was only a few yards away. The whole process was easy and i was asleep and woke up after it was done. I waited an hour for my IV then after I went back to the hotel. I was only meant to stay for one night but the planes were cancelled due to the storm so couldn't fly back to England. I texted the coordinator and she sorted the hotel for an extra night. The next morning my transport came to pick me up and I was taken to the airport. All in all, it was a good experience and I can't recommend Merv and Dr Onur enough. I am on 10 days now and I have lost 5kgs.

I'm going to tell you about my journey in Istanbul, I've wanted to do my liposuction 360 and also on my legs for years, but I was very afraid. Meanwhile, I started researching clinics and my cousin recommended this clinic to me because she had had breast implants 1 year ago. I contacted the doctor and started with questions and my fears about what it was going to be like. He was always helpful, very available for everything. Always very attentive to each detailed response. After several message exchanges. I bought my ticket and sent all the proof. 3 days before he contacted me with more details about my arrival and transfer. When I arrived at the airport, the intermediary was already waiting for me, in fact he had already called and so had the Doctor. The intermediary spoke to the driver and they took me to the airport hotel, a 25-minute journey. Upon arrival at the hotel I was very well received, after 10 minutes the doctor was already with me asking me how the trip was and asking if I needed anything. The next day I had breakfast and the doctor was waiting for me to go to the hospital. At the hospital they did all the tests, as soon as the results came back they went ahead with the operation. When I woke up it was very cold and I was dizzy, I came alone. But I never felt alone. The doctor stayed with me until he was sure I was okay. The nurses and the entire medical team were impeccable and very helpful. I even had the right to a warm soup 😊. Next day after breakfast the medical team spent the whole night watching me taking my temperature to see how I was feeling. They started to encourage me to walk because that was the only way I would feel better and recover faster. The doctor picked me up and once again made sure I was ok, walked with me, held all my bags and the driver took us to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel he brought me juice water, it was impeccable. I'm very grateful for that. Next day he came in the morning, brought breakfast. He checked and removed the stitches, and allowed the bath. After the bath, I felt much better. He still waited for me to finish because he was afraid I would get dizzy. Today, December 22nd, he came back to check how I was doing, making sure I didn't put on the straps correctly, he gave me all the tips related to food, massages and everything I needed to know to see an even better result. And he even gave me valuable tips on places to visit. I forgot to mention that today I was already feeling really well without any pain, in fact, it was during the post-operative period that I felt pain. He informed me about the driver's schedule for tomorrow as it was the day to return home. Sorry for the long text but it's to make you feel comfortable if you want to come. Although my teeth were very strong, my smiles were always unfinished due to a crooked appearance and a broken tooth. Since I want to be able to laugh freely as I want a mouthful, I made an appointment about this from Yoo Retouch clinic. They had already come to meet me at the airport because they knew I was coming from Germany. As a result of my doctor's examination, he mentioned that laminated veneer might be suitable for me. With this laminate veneer application, which causes minimal damage to my own teeth, my teeth have reached a completely different dimension. I am glad that I listened to my doctor and preferred this laminate coating application. I am grateful to my doctor and his team, who gave me the visual teeth I dreamed of in terms of aesthetic appearance. I did not regret for a moment that I came from Germany to be treated. I had a BBL with Dr. Ersin Gonullu at Clinic Wise 12 days ago and I want to say that my experience from beginning to end (and still ongoing as I’m in recovery) has been EXCEPTIONAL. While my results aren’t final as I my surgery was very recent, my experience with the whole Clinic Wise team were amazing, a big thank you to Dr. Ersin, my coordinator Cleo, nurses Burcu & Fatma, assistants Rumeysa & Şafak and everyone else! I was very nervous since it was my first surgery and I was doing it alone but they all made me feel safe, cared for and well informed. Dr. Ersin even held my hand when I was on the operating bed because I was so so nervous, they were really so kind! Everything is very well organised from start to finish, with the transfers, great hotel, nurse visits and the hospital where they perform the surgery (Acibadem) is the best private hospital in Turkey. Cleo kindly answered to my million questions about the surgery prior to booking and Dr. Ersin was very calm and ensured natural results (natural results was a very important factor for me). There’s no denying that the BBL surgery isn’t an easy surgery, it’s a major surgery, it was tough mentally for me, I didn’t have much pain because they ensure you have enough meds for that, no matter what surgeon you choose the surgery isn’t an easy one but the team at clinic wise will make the whole experience as smooth as possible. I will attach a before op photo and 9 days post op photo. Since its only 9 days after, the results aren’t final but so far I’m extremely happy with the results. FYI, I had lipo on my stomach, back, arms, armpits, inner thigh and chin, I wanted to create a natural bum and some shape on the hips. I’m considered a ‘skinny’ patient which is more challenging for surgeons but Dr. Ersin is extremely skilled and experienced and I believe he did a very good job. Advice for people travelling to Istanbul to do a BBL, I would extend your stay at the hotel a few days more before flying home, I stayed 6 days post op, but the flight home was very uncomfortable, my legs were extremely bruised and swollen so sitting on the bbl pillow for a 3 hour flight was painful. I would advise patients to extend their stay a few days extra, that would be ideal in my opinion. My quote was 5750€ + 500€ For extra lipo areas, which I added 3, so the total was around 7,250€. (That includes, hotel, all transfers, Fajas, compression wear, lipo boards etc)
