Alarplasty Istanbul

I'm two months after the surgery so can't give an opinion on the final results but right now I'm satisfied and I see a change. Waiting for a few more months for nausea to completely disappear. As far as the doctor was concerned she was perfect and her attitude was kind and tolerant to a clean clinic and a clean and pleasant hospital. There are currently no complaints.

(The pictures I have attached are only 1 week after surgery, they are still slightly swollen and bruised) I had an amazing experience with Aktif. The hospital was absolutely spotless and very modern with large comfortable rooms. Every member of staff I came into contact with was so friendly, kind and caring, the nurses, the cleaners, the healthcare assistants. Special shout out to Buket and Ipek, two amazing, beautiful, smart young ladies, they looked after me like I was a family member, nothing was too much trouble for them. For example, we landed really late and Ipek ran out to get us food at 1 am in the morning! They went above and beyond at every opportunity. They really did make me feel so safe and cared for, they deserve a massive pay raise! I can’t convey how good they were in words, they just make you feel so secure and looked after and I feel like I made two new friends that I will keep in touch with. Emel was also brilliant, providing me with all the relevant info for my trip and explaining everything carefully before I travelled. My surgeon was also amazing, Dr Umran Muslu has done such a good job on my eyes (upper and lower bleph), they’re not fully healed yet but I can already see the final results are going to be brilliant. He explained my surgery clearly and I felt fully informed every step of the way. My surgery and aftercare were so good that I was able to go out sightseeing around Istanbul the day after my op, I had NO pain at all, I couldn’t quite believe how good I felt after the surgery. We stayed in the Mercure hotel which was just gorgeous, it’s spotless and the staff are super helpful and friendly. The room was really nice, with very comfortable beds and really quiet during the night. The hotel has a lovely Spa with a pool, jacuzzi, steam, sauna and gym - you can use all these for free and it’s open until 10 pm. You can get food in the fabulous restaurant up until 2 am. I had such a good experience, there isn’t one negative thing I could say, everyone was so lovely, even our fantastic driver Hasan would buy us tea and pastries and stop off at beauty spots for us so we could take pictures - honestly, these people are just spectacular the way they care for you. I would recommend Aktif 100%, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a procedure now I’ve found them, just outstanding!

From the moment I entered Istanbul Airport, I was welcomed by a private driver and Melek from Setur Health. They took care of me immediately, and I am so grateful for that, as Istanbul is crowded, and you really need help. The hotel organized by Setur was also perfect—so comfortable and right in the middle of Taksim! I also really enjoyed the food and the entire organization on the day of my surgery. Everything went perfectly! I was so surprised by the food at the hospital; I’ve never had better in a clinic! I am incredibly grateful for my entire experience with Setur Health for my hair transplant. I received everything they promised—and more! Such welcoming people, so professional—just PERFECT! I’m writing this 8 days later, and I can already see the success of my hair transplant. Everything went smoothly without any issues!
