A facelift is not an easy decision and it’s mandatory you find the right surgeon. After all my research I decided that I wanted facelift with Road to Smile. He was the best in his field. The price included transport to and from the airport, hospital and hotel. The staff were amazing, there was always a translator on the ward. They were patient and understanding and very helpful. The surgeon ran through everything with us and checked in on us when we were done with the procedure. Eva who we booked the visit through, was on call 24/7 via WhatsApp. The hospital had Wi-Fi and Netflix to get you through bed rest. I haven't regretted this choice and I'm so pleased I did my gastric sleeve through them.

I recently underwent a Tummy Tuck, 360 Lipo, and BBL with Dr. Ersin and his amazing team of nurses—and I couldn’t be more impressed with the exceptional care and professionalism shown throughout my journey. Even the housekeeping ladies at the hotel were super helpful and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Ersin and his team to anyone considering aesthetic surgery in Turkey. I had partial gastrocnemius muscle removal with Dr Turker. The doctor is very qualified and knowledgeable. All staff was welcoming and supportive all the way of my journey. I communicated with Didem - Dr Turker administrator who was very helpful and answered all the questions before and after my surgery.

I came to Istanbul to have a breast reduction. Medulux health and my PA Emin were fantastic throughout the whole experience. From the flight to transfer once landing in Instanbul, I was made to feel very at ease and considering I was going there for surgery I didn’t feel nervous at all. We were taking to a small town called ortakoy which is such a lovely place for sightseeing! Had some food and got to know our PA a little more face to face. From there straight to the hospital for paperwork and to get comfortable for the evening before surgery to next day. The nurses were fabulous. I slept really well that evening. Again the next day I wasn’t nervous, I met the fabulous Dr Cem, my surgeon who was extremely professional and again made me feel very at ease. I had very large heavy breast so I don’t know what I was expecting but I can honestly say I’m incredibly happy with my surgery. He did a fantastic job and I’ve tonnes more confidence. After two days at hospital, I went to stay in a gorgeous hotel in ortakoy called the crowne plaza. It was absolutely beautiful. Everyone again was so helpful. The food was incredible! You really did feel like royalty. The surgery, transfers and hotel were all included with no hidden costs. You knew exactly where you stood. This was all sorted out by Medulux health and of course Emin. We literally didn’t have to make any arrangements, it was such a breeze and very relaxing after my recovery. Since surgery, I speak to Emin as he always checks in to see how I’m doing. We’ve already spoke about my next surgery which I will be using Medulux health again and Dr Cem. I look forward to returning to Instanbul and would highly recommend Medulux health and Emin to be your provider for your journey and stay. Thank you again

After 9 months, I am pretty satisfied with the results of my breast augmentation. Still in contact with MCAN and they are following my recovery. A really good and reputable company to go with!
