I have known Dr Meintjes since 1986. Over the years, he has performed various minor surgeries on myself, my wife and our youngest daughter. His service has always been excellent, nothing too small for him. He has always been friendly and keeps his patients well informed. Always has time for the smallest of surgeries required. Hope that he will be around for a good number of years to come and wish him all of the best.

Beautiful Breast Augmentation. I'm familiar with Centurion Day Hospital/Cosmetic Clinic through previous procedures. My daughter underwent a BA on 21 Feb. Her healing was quick with "no" bruising & minimal swelling. The incisions are hidden increase and are beautiful thanks to Dr Paul Pienaar's detail & perfection. The perfect size was chosen with the input of Dr Pienaar. His patient's well-being is of the utmost importance. Before, during & after the procedure the treatment by Dr Paul Pienaar, nurses & the reception was exceptional. Always friendly, helpful and professional. We highly recommend Centurion Cosmetic Clinic, other than their manner in dealing with patients they are affordable!!! Making it easily obtainable for us "normal" working class. Rating them 10/10.

Rating: 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review: I recently returned to Dr. Clare Neser for a second major surgery, and I can now say with absolute certainty that she is simply brilliant. My journey started in August 2025 when I had an Extended/Fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty with rectus muscle plication. That experience was an absolute breeze. At the time, I thought perhaps I just got lucky with how fantastic the recovery went. However, on January 12, 2026, I underwent a second procedure—a Posterior Body Lift under general anaesthetic—and the experience was just as incredible. What amazes me most is the pain management. For two such massive procedures, it almost sounds untrue, but I can assure you: in both instances, I woke up from the anaesthetic with absolutely NO pain. It takes a truly skilled surgeon and a brilliant anaesthetist to achieve that level of comfort for a patient. I have gotten to know Dr. Neser over this time, and her skill is undeniable. But it isn’t just her; the entire ecosystem she works in is world-class. The anaesthetist is excellent, and the compassion and care shown by the theatre staff speaks volumes ("spreek boekdele") about why my recovery has been so good. A huge thank you as well to her receptionist and the office staff, who are always helpful and professional. If you are looking for a plastic surgeon, I recommend Dr. Neser without a shadow of a doubt.

The whole team at Dr Dower's rooms are amazing. From 1st contact when making an appointment, trying to accommodate my schedule to the physical appointment where the ambience, professionalism and friendliness make you feel so welcome and safe. Dr Rory takes his time to explain the procedures and really just wants the best for his patients, he wants them to look beautiful and to be happy with the results. He encourages subtle and natural enhancements and that I appreciate. He is very skilled and so professional. I would recommend him and his practice to anyone wanting to look more beautiful and wanting to enhance and improve their features.

My experience was truly amazing, every step of the way Dr. Deon took his time to explain every step of the process, and gave expert advice and the result was absolutely amazing, I am so happy with the results of the surgery! Dr. Deon has a wonderful, patient and kind demeanour. A special thanks to Wade and Natasha who were there any hour of the night or day in the weeks following my procedure to answer questions and guide me along on my recovery, the team is absolutely wonderful! Kind and supportive, they made my recovery so much easier! Also a quick thank you to Dr. Cavedon, my anaesthetist who took care to make sure I woke up from the 5-hour procedure without much pain and no nausea. You should absolutely consider Dr. Deon (the best there is) for your procedure.

It's probably one of the best interactions I have ever had with any Doctor. I was referred to Dr Wittstock for a wider extraction for a Melonoma. He was so welcoming and before the procedure he explained everything so well and made sure I understood exactly what was going to happen. Explain the aftercare and make sure I understand exactly what needs to happen. The reception staff are friendly and very helpful with any questions. Would highly recommend 👌 Thank you.

Paul did my breast enhancement in 2014. I keyloid scar, but his work was phenomenal. He also operated on my friend who had melanoma and removed the concerning tissue with limited scarring. He removed growths off my, and my step mothers face with no marks. He is a truly remarkable surgeon.
