On 21 May 2026, I underwent my third major procedure with Dr. Clare Neser — a Bilateral gynaecomastia correction with lateral vertical thoracic excision and brachioplasty under general anaesthetic — and once again, I am left completely overwhelmed with gratitude and admiration for her and her exceptional team. After already experiencing two life-changing surgeries with Dr. Neser, I truly did not think it was possible to be even more impressed, yet this experience once again confirmed what an extraordinary surgeon she is. Her skill, precision, professionalism, and genuine compassion are simply world-class. What continues to amaze me is not only the outstanding surgical results, but also the level of care throughout the entire process. From the moment you arrive, you are treated with kindness, dignity, and reassurance. The theatre staff, anaesthetist, reception team, and every single person involved create an environment where you genuinely feel safe and cared for. Once again, I woke up from major surgery with remarkably well-managed pain, something that still feels almost unbelievable considering the extent of the procedures I have undergone. It speaks volumes about the level of expertise and coordination between Dr. Neser, the anaesthetist, and her medical team. There are honestly not enough words to express my gratitude. Dr. Neser is not only a brilliant plastic surgeon, but also a compassionate human being who truly changes lives. Her work has had a profound impact on my confidence and quality of life. I highly recommend Dr. Gideon Maresky! I travelled to South Africa from the U.S. and scheduled an appointment with him for a second opinion regarding a tummy tuck to address loose skin in my abdominal area. I was initially going to go with another surgeon in Cape Town, but after meeting Dr. Maresky, I felt so comfortable and confident in him. He struck me as the kind of person who would do everything possible to deliver the best result, so I decided to proceed with him instead, and he did not disappoint. Dr. Maresky has a great sense of humour, and he is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He proposed performing the tummy tuck in a way that would leave only one scar instead of two, as the other surgeon had suggested. He also had availability within a week, which suited me perfectly since I had planned to recover in South Africa before returning to the U.S. and had limited time. During the surgery, he did everything I had asked for to deliver the very best results (some of which he could only determine once he began the procedure). After my surgery, he was with me every step of the way, and I was in daily contact with him. He never compromised on my well-being and insisted I keep my fluid drain in for as long as necessary. I followed his instructions exactly, and now, five weeks post-surgery, I’ve had no issues at all. Although I am still swollen, I can already see that the results are going to be excellent and exactly what I wanted. Dr. Maresky is not only a highly skilled and experienced plastic surgeon, but also a truly lovely human being who is deeply committed to and genuinely cares about his patients. The whole team at Dr Dower's rooms are amazing. From 1st contact when making an appointment, trying to accommodate my schedule to the physical appointment where the ambience, professionalism and friendliness make you feel so welcome and safe. Dr Rory takes his time to explain the procedures and really just wants the best for his patients, he wants them to look beautiful and to be happy with the results. He encourages subtle and natural enhancements and that I appreciate. He is very skilled and so professional. I would recommend him and his practice to anyone wanting to look more beautiful and wanting to enhance and improve their features.

I like to give thanks to Dr Deon Weyers (board-certified plastic surgeon) for an outstanding job well done. I did 360 Liposuction, Tummy Tuck and upper arms Liposuction which was successful and my experience has been exceptional and I am enjoying the positive outcome of my plastic surgery journey. It's probably one of the best interactions I have ever had with any Doctor. I was referred to Dr Wittstock for a wider extraction for a Melonoma. He was so welcoming and before the procedure he explained everything so well and made sure I understood exactly what was going to happen. Paul did my breast enhancement in 2014. I keyloid scar, but his work was phenomenal. He also operated on my friend who had melanoma and removed the concerning tissue with limited scarring. He removed growths off my, and my step mothers face with no marks. He is a truly remarkable surgeon.
