Rhinoplasty or nose job canwidely range from:  making the tip ofyour nose pointy in a Tip Plasty procedure  or smaller, by trimming the wings of aseemingly wide nose with Alar Trimming; to building up a patient’s nose bridge,usually with a Malay nose and some Asian noses, at the same time that a tip plastyand alar trimming is done. A dermabrasion procedure with skin grafting, priorto further contouring the nose in patients with Rhinophyma, multiple lumps onthe nose brought about by the build up of oil glands deep underneath the skinof the nose.
