Rhinoplasty or nose job canwidely range from:  making the tip ofyour nose pointy in a Tip Plasty procedure  or smaller, by trimming the wings of aseemingly wide nose with Alar Trimming; to building up a patient’s nose bridge,usually with a Malay nose and some Asian noses, at the same time that a tip plastyand alar trimming is done.
