I recently underwent a blepharoplasty performed by Dr. Romeo Bato in the Philippines, and I strongly recommend him. Arm lift is usually done on patients who have big, very, loose skin at the back of their upper arm. The looseness of the skin is usually visible after massive weight loss. Arm lift is done by cutting away the loose skin at the area of the triceps  and approximating the skin edges to bring about a more taut skin. At times when the skin is accompanied by some fat, suction assisted lipectomy of the accompanying fat is in order prior to cutting away the excess skin.

Rhinoplasty can be done with theaid of inert prosthetic, medical grade implants silicone or ePTFP (popularlyknown as Gore Tex) or with autologous tissue such as cartilage that can betaken from the ears or from the cartilage of the ribs. For Caucasians, the bridge of thenose may be curved like a parrot’s beak or crooked and deviated to one side andstraightening the top of the nasal bridge or making the nose fall in onestraight line may entail some bone restructuring.
