I recently underwent a blepharoplasty performed by Dr. Romeo Bato in the Philippines, and I strongly recommend him. His extensive knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the procedure, particularly as he engaged five medical students in an in-depth discussion about the anatomy of the surrounding tissues around the eyes. The students were clearly impressed by his teachings and the way he articulated complex concepts during the surgery.
