Dr. Bato earned his medical degree from the University of the East – Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center in Manila, going on to complete his residency in General Surgery at San Juan De Dios Hospital. That foundation in general and reconstructive surgery has shaped his approach to aesthetic medicine ever since — one that values safety, anatomical precision, and natural-looking results above all else.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Bato has performed a wide range of cosmetic procedures, including rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, breast augmentation, liposuction, abdominal etching, otoplasty, and tummy tucks, alongside non-surgical treatments such as dermabrasion, and varicose vein therapy. He has also become one of the region's most respected names in hair restoration, recognized for his expertise in both Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and strip graft hair transplant techniques.

Today, Dr. Bato leads a team of skilled physicians and staff at RVB Medical Group in Las Piñas, where he continues to combine surgical artistry with a patient-first philosophy. Dr. Michael Luke T. Salinas is a board-certified Otorhinolaryngologist – Head and Neck Surgeon with advanced subspecialty training in cosmetic surgery and hair restoration. His combined expertise in ENT surgery and aesthetic medicine allows him to bring a head-and-neck specialist's precision to a broad range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.

Dr. Salinas completed his Doctor of Medicine at the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center (UERM) and passed the Physician Licensure Examination in August 2010. He completed his residency in Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Ospital ng Makati (OSMAK) from 2010 to 2014, gaining comprehensive surgical training in the management of conditions affecting the head, neck, ears, nose, and throat.

In 2015, he was conferred the title of Diplomate of the Philippine Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, and in 2017 was elevated to Fellow of the Philippine Society of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (FPSOHNS). He subsequently pursued advanced training in aesthetic medicine, completing the General Cosmetic Surgery Training Program at the Pan Pacific Aesthetic Institute Foundation Inc. in 2020 and earning his Diplomate status in General Cosmetic Surgery from the same institution in 2022.

Dr. Charmagne Ross E. Bato-Salinas is a board-certified Otorhinolaryngologist – Head and Neck Surgeon and the Chief Executive Officer of RVB Medical Group. As both a clinician and organizational leader, she is dedicated to upholding the clinic's commitment to delivering safe, effective, and world-class cosmetic and aesthetic surgical care.

Dr. Bato-Salinas began her medical career with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southville International School and Colleges (2007), before completing her Doctor of Medicine at the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center (UERMMMC) in 2011. She passed her Physician Licensure Examination in 2012 and completed her residency in Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Ospital ng Makati (OSMAK) from 2013 to 2016.

Dr. Carla Rose E. Bato, M.D.

Dr. Carla Rose E. Bato is a physician and cosmetic surgeon at RVB Medical Group. As the daughter of founder Dr. Romeo V. Bato, M.D., she brings both a deep personal connection to the clinic's mission and a strong clinical foundation to her role on the team.

Before pursuing medicine, Dr. Bato earned her degree as a Registered Medical Technologist from San Juan De Dios College in 2016, giving her a strong grounding in diagnostics and laboratory sciences. She went on to complete her Doctor of Medicine at De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute in 2021, passing her PRC Licensure Examination in 2022.

At RVB Medical Group, she works alongside her father and the rest of the RVB team, helping patients achieve natural, confidence-boosting results through the clinic's range of cosmetic and aesthetic treatments.

Dr. Rani Ross C. Angeles, M.D.

Dr. Rani Ross C. Angeles is the staff Anesthesiologist of RVB Medical Group, playing a critical role in ensuring every patient's safety and comfort throughout their surgical journey. She directly supervises the nursing staff and supports the medical team across all surgical and medical procedures performed at the clinic.

As RVB's anesthesiologist, Dr. Angeles is responsible for the full perioperative care of each patient — from preoperative assessment and personalized anesthesia planning, to intraoperative monitoring and postoperative recovery. She develops individualized anesthesia care plans based on each patient's health profile and surgical requirements, administers anesthesia medications, monitors vital signs during surgery, and manages any anesthesia-related complications and emergencies with precision and calm.

Dr. Angeles earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center (UERMMMC) in 2011, graduating from De La Salle University Manila with Latin honors prior to medical school. She passed the Philippine Board of Anesthesiology in 2018, earning her Diplomate status, and has since built a multihospital career as an anesthesiologist at Ortigas Hospital and Healthcare Center, Morong Doctors Hospital, and Binangonan Lakeview Hospital.

Ms. Uniana earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Iloilo Doctors' College in 2012, passing the Nursing Licensure Examination in December 2012. Her nursing career spans both the Philippines and Saudi Arabia, where she held specialized roles in dental nursing and nurse technician positions at leading medical and dental centers.

She is multilingual — fluent in English, Tagalog, and Arabic — enabling her to effectively communicate with and care for a diverse patient population. Her clinical skill set includes chairside dental assisting, panoramic and cephalometric radiographic imaging, infection control and sterilization, and patient safety monitoring.
