Heavy, tired looking eyelids may give the face an aged look. Upper or lower eyelid excess skin, and bulging fat are removed or reshaped to improve the weight and appearance of the eyelids. Mr Adams will examine you carefully and advise if / what treatment of the eyelids is appropriate for you.  If you have dry eyes, vision problems or bleeding disorders, additional tests may be needed to determine if eyelid surgery is safe for you.  Upper eyelid surgery can be performed under either local or general anaesthetic.  Lower eyelid surgery is performed under a general anaesthetic.  Although most people heal well, complications of eyelid surgery include bruising, over correction or under correction, asymmetry, dry or irritated eyes, and in rare cases injury to the eye or loss of vision.

I went to see Dr McHugh to have a breast reduction. Amazing Dr he is and so are the girls in the office they are so lovely. They are all such caring people from before my surgery to aftercare. If I had anything on my mind or questions about my surgery or after, I could call them anytime and they were more than happy to assist me with my needs. Km Surical are first class. I had rhinophyma, when Ken and his nurses finished, to say I was over the moon does not cut it. My nose was "perfect" I said I looked like Brad Pitt (well nearly😃😃) The procedure was painless laser treatment. The MACS-Lift (minimal access cranial suspension) is an effective face lift operation that is designed to lift the lower two thirds of the face in a relatively straightforward manner with minimal inconvenience. Only a limited amount of excess skin is removed, resulting in an inconspicuous scar in the crease in front of the ear. In contrast to most other face lift techniques, the MACS-Lift can be performed under local anaesthetic and light sedation. Liposuction under the chin may also be carried out at the same time for an improved result in the neck. Many individuals between 35 and 70 years of age may be suitable for this type of superficial plane face lift. It is best for people whose neck and facial skin has begun to sag, but who still have some elasticity and muscular tone. The following features can be improved: - Deep grooves that run from the corner of the mouth to the nose- Wrinkles and sagging skin near the cheek bones- The jaw line where there is early squaring off and jowling- Loose skin of the neck and under the chin A MACS-lift is also an excellent procedure for patients who have previously undergone a face lift and require a touch up procedure.
