The process was explained to me fully and in depth with aftercare advice. I expected to experience some pain as it hurts to have a tattoo so surely it would it hurt to have it removed! Friendly, interested staff. Treatments and aftercare are explained well. Not the cheapest but you get a full professional experience which is reassuring. Really pleased with the results of dermal fillers. Complementary skin treatments were a nice extra. Had a small amount of bruising at corners of my mouth for about 1 week.
