I booked an appointment at the London Real Skin as an attempt at clearing up my spots after struggling to find a product that worked. Like most people who suffer from redness, bruising and blackheads, I felt self-conscious talking about my problem but during the consultation Naomi made me feel instantly comfortable throughout the treatment. Hannah was again fabulous as always, her attention to detail is second to none, she has a fantastic bedside manner and is so caring and kind, and she always shows a genuine interest in you as a person as well as a client. Harriet and Kayleigh have always been equally as kind and helpful in their email responses, it’s the little kind things that people do along the way that matter most. The staff at Anestetics of Essex have all been very well picked to match this. I have visited all 3 clinics now and I have had a very positive experience at all 3.
