Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.

Marion Yau and her assistant were very professional and efficient when removing my ingrown thickened toenail. I was not nervous about the procedure because I immediately felt in safe hands. I saw her interview on Breakfast Television. It was very good value for money and I will recommend her for this type of procedure. Her surgery is clean and bright and she has a wonderful personality. The follow-up visit 48 hours after was to check on the progress of the toenail and she showed how to clean and dress the toenail. Marion also gave me antibiotics and painkillers, but I was not in pain at all. Over the experience was very very pleasant and I am so happy. Thank you, Marion.

Delighted to get 3 Seborrheic Keratosis removed. Having been quoted £200 just for a consultation elsewhere, I visited Moyal Therapies and Betina used her Cryopen on my seborrheic keratosis. The one on my face disappeared first, with the scab falling off after about 8/9 days, leaving no blemish or sign whatever. I had a mole removed from my back. The procedure was explained to me beforehand and they also gave me a post treatment information sheet. They also informed me that if there was any post procedure problems I could return to the clinic which is reassuring. The reason I chose this clinic was because I live only a couple of minutes away and I wanted to stay local. The cost of the treatment was very competitively priced and I would certainly use the clinic again if so required.

Some years ago I had treatment at a local podiatrist, which left me very fearful of ever going back to a podiatrist. Though still twitchy, I took the plunge and booked a visit at Flawless Feet.
