The staff were very well qualified to operate the Cool Swiss machine and paid particular attention as to my well-being during the procedure. The doctor and staff were very friendly. The procedure was almost painless and fast. One recommendation to improve is to unpack the products in front of the client and to show the client the specific product being used before administering. Apart from that, I would highly recommend it.
