Today I came to the clinic mentally exhausted from a rough week & weekend. A warm welcome from the staff & nurses was the first thing that I experienced on arrival. Waited for 10 minutes only until I had my private conversation with the doctor (Dr Donna). We discussed my mental exhaustion and anxiety, I got a refill on my hormone replacement therapy and we decided that a facial pampering was the right way to go for a manic Monday ❤️. I got a filler face lift done painless in a few minutes. Thank you so much Dr Donna & MedConsult’s clinic again for the care, attention and professional medical procedures. I am very satisfied with the treatment received, thank you. I had areas of seborrheic keratosis and some skin "tags" removed by laser. All is well. I chose the MALI Clinic having read positive reviews. It was also conveniently placed near my hotel. Yes, I feel the treatment was good value, and I will happily return if I ever have any further issues.

Overall a positive experience, I booked in to have a bump on my arm checked and 6 moles removed by CO2 laser. The clinic was easy to find and the receptionist spoke perfect English, I was seen on time and given my own room where my moles and bumps were examined by an assistant before the doctor saw me. You could see the doctor was very busy/rushed and spent only a few minutes with me where we recommended the CO2 laser rather than surgery for the moles and gave his reasons why. The procedure was fine, the numbing cream worked and only a small amount of discomfort was felt, I felt no pain which was good. To me, it felt like a blunt pencil being pushed on your mole for a few seconds. Post procedure I was given care instructions clearly and dressing and saline solution when one mole started to bleed. The two downsides were that I felt as though the doctor was very rushed due to time constraints on the clinic's end. Although the room I was in had some unattended equipment nearby, it wasn't related to my procedure. However, it sparked a moment of reflection on the clinic's overall hygiene standards. I would recommend this clinic to a friend and would go back for another procedure. One week after the mole removal and they have healed fantastic, I can hardly even tell I have had anything done; in a few more weeks the colour will change back to my normal skin colour and nobody will ever be able to tell.

I am a visitor to Thailand and I have now been to Dr. Yada 2 times. I came all the way from the USA to use her services. I have twice done the SylfirmX Treatment combined with neurotoxin. I wanted to spend some time writing a review about my experience. First, let me start by saying up front. This is 5 stars quality similar or equal to what I would get in the United States. I have done some treatments out there as well and there are a lot of advantages to coming to Thailand. The experience: When you enter Dr. Yada's Central Office on Maman Mansion Road, you are welcomed by a professional, well-dressed, extremely courteous and sweet staff. They treat you like a special guest. Because I was new, they educated me on what procedures were available by showing me videos, related pricing, and explanations to my questions. Once they learned a bit, they eventually took me in for a consultation with Dr. Yada where I decided to try SylfirmX. I paid for the service which was a very reasonable rate, roughly half of the price in the US if not less. After that time, they photograph you from multiple angles, give you some slippers and take you to apply a numbing agent. You spend about an hour with the numbing agent so that your face is numb enough for the procedure. The entire time, the staff is incredibly sweet and reassuring. I cannot emphasize enough how great the entire team of Dr. Yada's is. They are amazing and Dr. Yada is so nice to everyone. They feel like a welcoming family. Then you go onto the treatment. They seem to be using the very best equipment. Lasers that are FDA approved. Dr Yada knows all the latest issues about anti-aging treatments and comes up with a plan that is suited to you. In my case, it's SylfirmX with microneedling. During the entire procedure which lasts around an hour, her team is assisting Dr. Yada who does the procedure herself. It's a little bit of pain of course, but they are there the entire way to make you feel wonderful. After the treatment, they give you an aftercare program and follow up on "Line" to keep track of you and have you send pictures of your progress. They never bother you but are always helpful! I had no idea what to expect with Dr. Yada but I had followed her line for a few years before I finally went. I feel like this decision to visit Dr. Yada changed my life. People are telling me I look great...I believe Dr. Yada's treatment is the reason. They turned a weakness, my skin, into a strength in just a few visits. Thank you Dr. Yada and your Team! I have to tell you guys this clinic is very good for liposuction. I did liposuction on my legs to look better and skinny. One thing that is important is the very good service. All staff very kindly answer everything that you worry and they have a good deal in this program. If I have time I will be back again for sure.
