The scar left behind is now completely gone and I am truly pleased with the resultsAnonymous, Ireland, 26 03 18

After I’d seen some advertisements on social media and radio, I looked this clinic up online. I had a wart removal done and I’m pleased with the results. They didn’t charge me anything extra. The facilities at the clinic were clean. My whole experience was satisfactory and I’ve since gone back for more treatment. The scar left behind is now completely gone and I am truly pleased with the results.

I had a skin review with Sara. She was a minefield of knowledge. She genuinely wanted to help. She was able to give me a treatment plan to help give me my confidence back in my skin. I didn't once feel she was overselling which is a huge thing. She dealt directly with what she knew I needed. So far, so goodAnne, Ireland, 06 10 19

I chose this Clinic on the internet. I had a very pleasant consultation with Jenny on 26 September, when she explained every aspect of my electrolysis treatment. Unfortunately, she was not available at the only time that suited me to begin treatment on 1st October. Siobhan treated me instead and she was equally pleasant and professional. The reception staff were likewise. I thought their fees were reasonable. I have another appointment for tomorrow, 7th October. So far, so good.

She was excellent and very professionalAngie, Belfast, 21 03 18

I was in today to get Millia spot removal with Holly. She was excellent, very professional and I could not recommend this salon highly enough. This small procedure was inexpensive, however, I was treated as if I was spending a fortune. The salon is spotlessly clean and again I would highly recommend this salon. Thank Holly.

Obagi Blue Peels
Chemical Peel €450 - €750
Chemical peeling is often used to treat fine lines under the eyes and around the mouth. Wrinkles caused by sun damage, aging and hereditary factors can often be reduced or even eliminated with this procedure. However, sags, bulges, and more severe wrinkles do not respond well to peeling and may require other kinds of cosmetic surgical procedures such as a face lift, brow lift, eye lift or soft tissue filler. Mild scarring and certain types of acne can also be treated with chemical peels. In addition, pigmentation of the skin in the form of sun spots, age spots, liver spots, freckles, splotching, and skin that is dull in texture and colour may be improved with chemical peeling.

Not just down to your brilliance as an Aesthetic Doctor but Supreme Customer ServiceTanya, Ireland, 11 07 20

I went to The Ailesbury Clinic after being disappointed by another high profile clinic for a sagging neckline issue. I was amazed at the first FREE consultation with a lovely registered nurse Rebecca that although I wasn't a suitable candidate for Elexis, they are so honest not money grabbers she actually brought me through to the lovely Patrick himself! he assessed me and gave me hope. Then COVID! I got a call from Ailesbury after that and went in again to see if threads would work. Elexis would have been an option with threads but I have a titanium implant in my shoulder so that ruled that out. Patrick again came in he's just so kind and genius with his time and discussed with Dr.Kielty on other options I've never seen such effort put in. When Patrick even went to dig out an older version called Polaris there was no consent form - No stopping him there .....he called me into his office and gave me the number of a specialist in this area who does Not Advertise...he turned down money said no point if it wasn't going to give me the results I wanted. This is rare in society now. I had 2 visits the staff were wonderful (thanks Marie also) and I will go back in a heartbeat as there are no gimmicks, videos or brochures promising the sun, moon and stars and would recommend them to anyone. Another fantastic surprise despite the prestige I was also amazed that the prices were within anyone's reach and some "Skin Clinics" ask more. Thanks again Patrick hope to see you and your wonderful team can see why they love working with you! I can see how much you really care and your success is not just down to your brilliance as an Aesthetic Doctor but Supreme Customer Service. I have to supply a price paid I will emphasise I paid just my expenses getting to the clinic

Medium Chemical Peel from €200
During a medium chemical peel: Your doctor will use a cotton-tipped applicator or gauze to apply a chemical solution containing trichloroacetic acid, sometimes in combination with glycolic acid. The treated skin will begin to whiten. After a few minutes, your doctor will apply cool compresses to soothe treated skin. You might also be given a hand-held fan to cool your skin. No neutralizing solution is needed, however. You might feel stinging and burning for up to 20 minutes.
Chemical Peel from €200
A chemical peel is the application of an acid to the skin to achieve a controlled burn to the top layers of skin. Chemical peels are used to remove fine lines, especially around the mouth small scars discolorations such as freckles or liver spots areas of sun damaged skin and spots of precancerous keratoses. Peels can be applied to the whole face or to an isolated area, such as the upper lip. A full-face peel is usually done as a separate procedure before or after a face lift or eyelid surgery. However, if only a small area is being treated, the peel may be done at the same time as the surgical procedure. Chemical peels cannot be done around the eyes. The type and concentration of acid controls the depth of the burn used to achieve superficial, medium, and deep peels.
Light Chemical Peel €150 - €300
Chemical peels have been used for over 100 years to create an even and controlled shedding of built up or damaged skin cells. A chemical peel involves using a solution applied to the skin to remove dead skin cells which stimulates the production of new skin cells. It unblocks pores, tightens the skin, reduces wrinkling, reduces superficial pigmentation and restores a more youthful appearance.
