I don’t even know how to begin to express myself because right from the moment I messaged them about my procedure to arriving in Egypt to meeting the team, has been amazing. Dr Ashraf is more than an amazing doctor who knows his job too much, his team, is wonderful people. Should I talk about care? Amazing! Their professionalism is top notch and their response time is over 100%. They make you feel special and truly care for their patient which is very important. I blessed the day I searched for Dr Ashraf and his response ASAP buttered it for me. My recovery is very fast alhamdulillah. Because we are on the Key Care plan, we were sent to Roseacres Hospital which was a waste of time. They didn't have the equipment or the staff to handle my case. I have a defibrillator in my chest so I lay for 10 hours in the ward until they told me they couldn't help me. So I went home and cried my eyes out. My daughter-in - law phoned Sunninghill Hospital and got me an appointment with Dr. Padilha. He was absolutely wonderful in his treatment of me before he cut the malignant melanoma out and afterwards as well. I feel I owe my life to Dr Padilha. A more caring doctor I have yet to meet!
