He also has an excellent bedside manner: professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. I always felt I was in safe, experienced hands. What also stood out was the warmth of his entire team. His staff — including the secretaries, beauticians, and nurses — are all incredibly friendly, kind, and supportive. They create a very personal, comforting experience, which makes such a difference during a surgical journey. Now, at two weeks post-op, I can already see the healing progressing beautifully and the results beginning to show exactly as Dr Dower explained they would. That reassurance and accuracy have meant a lot to me. The accommodation arranged was also excellent, which made the whole experience even smoother and more comfortable.
