After looking at the Dr’s substantial CV, I was very confident he had the necessary experience and knowledge to do a highly professional job. Dr Arthur immediately put me at ease with his professional demeanour and genuine caring manner. The entire procedure went exactly as explained to me, and with the experienced team (most having worked with the Dr for over 10 years) I felt comfortable and at ease. The Dr shared his cellphone number with me and responded super quickly to all my post-operative questions. The follow-up consultations and shampoos at his Clinic were more than even promised, which again gave me lots of satisfaction and peace of mind.
