Smooth process, from booking to the transfers and accommodation that was sorted for me. The procedure (elipse balloon) was painless, I was only in the clinic one hour. Managed to lose 11lbs in one week, so I'd recommend.

If there were a 10-star rating, this place would definitely get it. Like everyone else, I thought it was scary and was unsure if it was safe to have surgery abroad. But this feeling subsided as soon as I met the driver who picked me up. Doctor Ersin is truly a surgeon who takes you seriously and takes the time to listen to you. Both before and after the surgery, I felt that I was in safe hands and well taken care of. I have bad experiences waking up after anaesthesia. I took this up and have never had such a pleasant awakening. He has a fantastic team around him, from those who wait for and welcome you at the hospital and help you with everything from paperwork to other things you need and not least are in the hospital with you day and night in case you need anything and follow you to the hotel and ensure that everything is taken care of for your safety. Many thanks to Burak, who was with me all the way and to this young girl who was in the hospital room by my side the whole first night after the operation, whose name I don't remember. I would also like to thank the wonderful nurses Fatma, Eda and Aleyna and others whose names I unfortunately cannot remember now, who visited me morning and evening throughout my stay and always responded immediately to my messages. I came to Istanbul for my sleeve gastrectomy at IstanbulSleeve. From the first contact, everything was very professional. The doctors and staff explained the procedure clearly and made me feel comfortable. The hospital was clean, and the care after surgery was excellent. I’m already noticing the results and feel much healthier. Highly recommended!

I did the gastric balloon 6 month with Dr. Mucteb. My overall experience was good.. booked and consulted with Zeynep ( she would respond to my questions and comments) but she never followed up with me after the procedure. When I went to do the procedure I was very anxious but met this nice girl I think her name is Afaf who assured me that everything will be great and she kept following up with me even after although she wasn't the one who I booked the procedure with. She is super nice and helpful and made my experience worth it. The dr didn't talk much did the procedure and left but he's definitely good at what he does. However prior to my procedure I was put on Anesthesia and the nurse was extremely rude she was rolling up her eyes on me because I was anxious. Very rude to be a nurse.... after all. I'm glad I did it with Dr. MUCTEB I just wish he would hire nice nurses as the most important part in their job is attitude. The dietitians are super nice and knowledgeable. They informed me about everything and what food to eat and what to avoid. They follow up with me on regular basis. Thank you dr Mucteb and Thank you Afaf and the dietitians for making my experience worth it.
