I had the gastric sleeve operation and this clinic was recommended by some friends who have used this clinic. They are now 2 and 1 year post op and they rated it a 5 star service. The service was amazing from start to finish. The communication on what's app was fantastic with Faith Ozturk . You get the same driver throughout and he was so happy and helpful. The hospital was spotless and every member of staff gave you such a high standard of care. The hotel we stayed at was beautiful. My mum came with me and she was given breakfast, lunch and dinner each day which she said tasted lovely. She stayed with me at the hospital and was given her own bed. You are given all your medication to take home with you and a specific diet plan which is very through. The communication continues when you get home and they are always there to help. I'm so glad that I chose to have this done and all the members of the team evolved have made this a great experience. Just all round brilliant . I would 100% recommend them.

If there were a 10-star rating, this place would definitely get it. Like everyone else, I thought it was scary and was unsure if it was safe to have surgery abroad. But this feeling subsided as soon as I met the driver who picked me up. Doctor Ersin is truly a surgeon who takes you seriously and takes the time to listen to you. Both before and after the surgery, I felt that I was in safe hands and well taken care of. I have bad experiences waking up after anaesthesia. I took this up and have never had such a pleasant awakening. He has a fantastic team around him, from those who wait for and welcome you at the hospital and help you with everything from paperwork to other things you need and not least are in the hospital with you day and night in case you need anything and follow you to the hotel and ensure that everything is taken care of for your safety. Many thanks to Burak, who was with me all the way and to this young girl who was in the hospital room by my side the whole first night after the operation, whose name I don't remember. I would also like to thank the wonderful nurses Fatma, Eda and Aleyna and others whose names I unfortunately cannot remember now, who visited me morning and evening throughout my stay and always responded immediately to my messages. Thank you very much! I have already told many people about my wonderful stay and will continue to recommend you.

I had my Gastric Sleeve done one week ago. All started when I contacted Fadi amongst others and found out to be the best ones compared in regards to the quality of response, service and pricing. It was with no regret that I went ahead and booked with Prof. Burak Kavlagoglu. The operation was a total success with minimal pain. Everything was perfect starting from the pre-op meeting in his office to the admission to the hospital where I was greatly cared by the staff. I would like to commend Fadi for her exceptional assistance and support. She replied to all my questions and made a follow-up from start to finish and until now and I feel great!
