At first I was hesitant to book the procedures of my 2 sons since I have no first-hand information about the clinic and mainly rely in the reviews online. But from the start of the treatment until the last day everything went smoothly. Thanks to the amazing staff and doctors of Fizikon and specially Inci of PMC. I am truly thankful I came across PMC. Inci made it sure that everything was well taken cared of from hotel bookings, airport pick-up/drop-off and coordination in the clinic. Everything was made easy for us especially since it was our first time to come to Turkey. Highly recommended!

Thank you Alfa Health! Being overweight has always been a huge problem for me. I couldn’t wear what I wanted, I couldn’t socialize. I’ve heard about gastric balloon but had too many questions to ask and I couldn’t find anyone to answer. Then this guys came along. They answered all my questions about the whole process. Thanks to their help, I decided to go for it. I’m so glad that I got to meet these guys. They were so kind, helpful and professional. They organized everything and informed me about every little details. All I had to do was being there; the rest has been taken care by them. Elipse gastric balloon process was much easier than I’ve expected. It took around 20 minutes. They also gave me a smart scale and smartwatch that connected to the Allurion app. Their nutritionist is always there to help me and I can get information whenever I want to.

I came to Apera in August for a gastric sleeve, and I honestly cannot thank the whole team enough, from the drivers to the hotel staff to the hospital staff and most importantly the doctors and nurses the level of care is impeccable. Slight language barrier at times but nothing that couldn’t be resolved and translators were around. The level of testing pre-op and the care post-op were fabulous and I will be forever thanks to Apera it’s changed my life I’m happier in my body, healthier and nearly at my goal target. Smooth process, from booking to the transfers and accommodation that was sorted for me. The procedure (elipse balloon) was painless, I was only in the clinic one hour. Managed to lose 11lbs in one week, so I'd recommend.
