Dr Hany Armia and Nancy guided me through my whole procedure. Nancy was there to guide me through the travel process, organising my visa and transfers to and from the airport in Egypt and checking up on my well-being post-surgery. Dr Hany Armia guided me through the entire procedure from a FaceTime call before I left the UK to checking on me pre and post-op. Both are very personable and professional and I felt reassured and in safe hands. The staff at the hospital were also very attentive. Nancy was on call 24/7 if I had any problems which was reassuring especially as I was travelling alone. This surgery has transformed my life and I have Dr Hany and his team to thank for that. The whole experience was excellent and I felt looked after from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The hotel Nancy organised was also lovely and very comfortable. I had the same taxi driver throughout my stay and I really appreciated seeing a familiar face throughout my stay.

From first contact with Mayar, my coordinator, all the way through to arriving back home my treatment and care was exceptional.
