I have been seeing Audrey for the past 7 years. Even though I was an older teenager when I first went to her, she supported myself and my parents immeasurably through some very difficult times in my life. She diagnosed me with autism and has guided me through many life experiences and phases and I have felt comfort knowing that she was there for me to speak to if I needed. Not only has my mental health transformed, but I feel as though I know myself a million times better than I did before I met her. Even though she can sometimes be blunt and speaks the truth even if its hard to hear, I believe her methods have made me think much more clearly and in perspective than previously. I have gone from a scared and confused teenager to a graduate with a job and a long-term partner. I know for certain my life would look very different without Audrey's guidance and help, and I will be forever thankful to her.
I am a completely changed person since I started sessions with Marisa and I couldn't have done it without her. She bought me on a journey of forgiveness for all the things I have no control over. I am a far less anxious person now, more immersed in the present moment, and more connected with and aware of my emotions. Marisa has provided me with the tools to take a step out of the turbulent emotional and psychological processes we often find ourselves, victim, to, gaining a sense of space and perspective. With continued practice of the techniques that Marisa has taught me, I know I will continue to improve. Marisa was always calm, positive, non-judgemental and wise. Coming up with solutions, (especially around logistics whilst in lockdown). The environment she created for our sessions was relaxed and welcoming, and she has a clear passion for her craft and dedication to her role, continually looking for ways to improve whist in lockdown.
