I have been a clinical hypnotherapist for over 3 years and have helped many clients with Anxiety and Stress, Phobias, Stop Smoking, Weight Loss.   There are many aspects of human behaviour that can be addressed fully with Hypnotherapy.   Many of the things that you visit a hypnotherapist for I have experienced myself.    I have been overweight and lost it, I have changed a lot about myself and understand the process really well.  Additionally, I also use solution focused practice a talking therapy.    My approach is very personal and I always urge prospective clients to call me for a no-obligation 20-30 minute telephone consultation.  It becomes very apparent how passionate I am to help people.

I am a completely changed person since I started sessions with Marisa and I couldn't have done it without her. She bought me on a journey of forgiveness for all the things I have no control over. I am a far less anxious person now, more immersed in the present moment, and more connected with and aware of my emotions. Marisa has provided me with the tools to take a step out of the turbulent emotional and psychological processes we often find ourselves, victim, to, gaining a sense of space and perspective. With continued practice of the techniques that Marisa has taught me, I know I will continue to improve. Marisa was always calm, positive, non-judgemental and wise. Coming up with solutions, (especially around logistics whilst in lockdown). The environment she created for our sessions was relaxed and welcoming, and she has a clear passion for her craft and dedication to her role, continually looking for ways to improve whist in lockdown. I would strongly recommend Marisa to anyone suffering from anxiety, anxiety, depression, or any other one of the countless ills prevalent in today’s world.
