I am a highly qualified Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Scientist, Accredited CBT therapist and a recognised provider of psychological therapies with most health insurances, with over 15 years NHS experience.  I am committed to providing high quality, evidence based, effective treatments for adults with common psychological problems. You will receive the same treatment as that provided by best practice NHS services and recommended by the  National Institute for Health and Care Excellence. Whilst I inform my practice from a range of therapeutic modalities and theories, my work is founded on  Cognitive Behavioural Therapy due to the large body of evidence supporting it.  Conditions treated at the clinics include phobias including social phobia, claustrophobia, agoraphobia and specific phobias, general anxiety, panic disorder, health anxiety, depression, mood swings, obsessive  compulsive behaviour, eating disorders and lack of self- esteem, amongst other emotional problems.  I follow strict ethical principles and professional guidelines, and receive regular supervision and training to ensure high standards of professional and reflective practice.
